At Reno Boyd Building Co. we fully embrace a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture. We are committed to building a culture of acceptance and social responsibility, and in turn, fostering an environment that is inclusive to all individuals.

We’ve established and participated in a range of programs designed to strengthen our diverse culture both internally and externally. Our Tampa office not only houses our Tampa team, but it is a place where minority firms can be mentored, utilize office space, and learn and grow with us. We believe in cultivating partnerships with MBE/WBE/DBE firms in our community, and we strive to
include those firms in our projects.

We are honored to be involved with many incredible organizations
such as the Children’s Cancer Center, Hillsborough Community College Foundation, UF Rinker School of Construction Management, and more.
You’ll also see us around town benefiting the Port of Tampa Maritime Industries Association, Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park’s Karamu, University of Tampa and Ronald McDonald House, as well as many other charitable events.
